謝謝各位先進的回覆,我是到新竹國泰做睡眠檢查,AHI值只有9,是屬於輕度,但因為當晚很不好睡,只睡了不到4小時,醫生說,因為睡眠時間太少,所以測出來只是輕度,比較不準,但他推估應該是到中度,所以建議做止打鼾支架... 更多
