客服說原則上我們不會限制客戶的使用範圍，也不會鎖定某些服務的！
我接著說，我有用ADSL的線路，同時間測試為啥同一個tracker差異超大？
剛剛申辦你們凱擘時，可以達到總和BT的下載速度到12xxKB/s...
為啥現在要達到100KB/s超級難且根本難以達到！
他又問我是不是單獨CM連接電腦，沒皆分享器這樣比較穩定之類的問題！...
最後他竟然要我測試...
下netstate -a...看我全部的connect點，並且要我做這些點的ping與tracert...
這應該根本沒意義吧！...
另外就是客服要我把測試的數值擷取成圖片給他們的工程師看，並且給我mail地址：
kbro.cm@gmail.com <--- 沒錯！是GMAIL喔！...
到此為止，我相當的後悔申辦凱擘，儘管我朋友說不能把責任都推給它，因為不一定是他阻擋你的使用協定吧！
但是我也只能說，我的ISP是他，難道不找他負責？...
目前開始著手申辦ADSL了，...前些時候才退掉！...
我家這邊是北投區中央北路2段這邊！奉勸要申辦凱擘的，請先觀望一下吧！...
另外在說明一下一個狀況，可以說明凱擘的線路真的組擋很大...
昨天我排程幾個熱門的動畫下載，總和只有6xKB/s...(最近看習慣了...唉)
然後同時去M$下載Win7 RC版本(最近開放下載囉)，我同時間抓取x32與x64版本，
兩邊的及時速度至少都超過450KB/s...
甚至同時間兩邊的Win 7 RC下載都破500KB/s呢！...反觀BT呢？還是故我的5-60KB/s...
（剛剛看一下，只有3xKB/s...唉...）
以上可以說明，真的 擋 很 大！！！

現在又變成"光特快"~(總覺得不知道公司那時候會倒掉)
但因為便宜，而且可以下載GIGA的檔案，所以也一直用到現在，算下來也有7年的時間~
我也是bt的狂用者，因為我沒用到其他isp業者，所以也沒辦法評比，
就我使用的感覺，給各位大大參考：(目前使用是6M/384K)
一般國內下載速度都還不錯，
但連到國外尤其是中國大陸就慢很多，約100K以下~
國內：
中國：
BT下載的速度，不會是全程滿檔下載，會在40K~700K跑來跑去。

我現在是用中華8M，
最近在考慮要裝有線電視+光特快....
目前想換10M，
換算下來似乎比較便宜，所以我媽最近一直在講這件事...
有幾個問題想請問...
我家在彰化和美(北彰化)，想請問這邊的速度怎麼樣？還有穩定度如何？
請問光特快有區域性的問題嗎？
上國外的網站的話會影響到嗎？
還有我很常上youtube，現在晚上有時候上Youtube都會卡卡的XD
不知道是不是速度還有其他因素的關係XD
用光特快會影響到連youtube看影片的速度嗎？
我都習慣會去點HQ或HD來看這樣XD
還有如果用光特快看PPS的速度跟穩定度如何？
還有一般網路上下載檔案的速度如何？
希望可以有人回答我的問題!!

過去八九個月
常常在半夜時間或是凌晨斷網
斷得頻繁的時候 一個禮拜斷個兩三次
有時候十分鐘左右就連得上
