edit: i found the solution. someone suggested to reassign the smart key or voice note. i already assign the smart key to "power off".

1、用MOTOKIT這個軟體，把005B_0001這個SEEM打開

2、按下圖修改(原語音鍵會變成開關鍵...就可以實現闔蓋時拒絕接聽,來電時按一下就可拒絕接聽,但不要按超過3秒..會關機)
