If you want to unlock your phone, just write a e-mail to T-mobile support service. And, tell them that you are going to Asia somewhere (like Taiwan...) for a business trip , and you will use the local phone service or perpaid card. So, you need to unluck the phone.
In the mail, you also need to include your NAME, PHONE#, and IMEI #.
Then they will send you an unlock code and instruction.
Input the code following by instructions. Then you are done.

in some case, after you flash your firmware with remote logger, the AVR chip of your phone may be killed. It will cause lost of BT discoverability.
SO....... , Once you done w/ flashing/ upadting firmware with remote logger, go do some test with your BT devices to see if they work well.
