Well, anyone can always upgrade to 8G microSDHC when it comes out. As for the battery, N95 needs a different back cover.
Software wise, Nokia could do a firmware upgrade for N95 too.
You can make N95 very close to N95 8G. But I guess that is not what most are concerned about, they are angry that there is a better version coming. I would too, if I had the N95.
