Just wanna to ask if someone have encountered the similar problem dealing with Nokia 7610's cable driver & PC suite installation.
- DKU-2 cannot connect to phone (have followed the instruction by install cable driver first before PC suite).
- While installing DKU-2, system prompts warning message 'NOT CERTIFIED'. Then, I proceed to continue the installation until finish, reboot PC and tried to plug in the cable connected between phone and PC, system is able to detect the new hardware but cannot recognise the device & keeps asking for software driver. PC suite showed "not connected".
- Tried to install cable driver manually by selecting the DKU-2 driver from Nokia CD, it can't find any information about the device.
- Same case when tried on another PC.
Anyone can help?
