I tried without SD card too...
I have the same problem with my HTC P3300(Dopod P800W) WM6
either in SD or main storage
btw the system has only 10.5 and 11.8 MBs of available RAM respectively in storage and program, is that the cause?
I even wondered if it's a 3 sec. trial edition
but it seems not
