This program was developed to download the Taiwan local weather information from cwb. The assumption was the forecast information from cwb should be more accurate than other foreign weather source (such as weather.com). Although, you can also get international weather information from cwb but that was not included in this software.
Given the facts that cwb has provide the PDA page (start this April) for weather information, I have no plan to update this program. If you need to get weather information other than Taiwan, I would suggest you use other weather program, such as weather panel.
