Cannot see Chinese in WM5 - Orange SPV C600, Help???

I have Orange SPV C600 WM5 english version, when load some Chinese program, I cannot see any Chinese character. Is any one how to fix that?

Try to copy mingliu.ac3 to windows\fonts\ but error message indicated access deny. Don't allow me to copy this file, what is wrong? Am I doing wrong?

copy mingliu.ac3 to your \windows folder

modify your registry(use regeditSTG):
