將數字變為英文的軟件

請問各位知不知道在Windows mobile 裡有沒有甚麼程式可以將數目字變成英文呢？例如將123變成One thousand two hundred and three。在Palm 裡我見過，但在Pocket PC 裡我找了很久也找不到。
