救救小8

各方高手 ，
我的小8最近不能和我的電腦outlook 同步。
每次當我把小8放在電話座跟電腦同步時，電腦上就會出現以下的error message

"Synchronization can not start because this desktop computer cannot access necessary information. Restart this desktop computer and synchronize again. If the problem persists and this desktop computer is running Microsft outlook 2000, open Outlook 2000, click help, and then click detect and repair. Otherwise contact your network adminstrator."


當我關閉這error message 後，同步軟體(microsoft Active Sync) 顯示窗就會出現
Connected
Calendar, contact, tasks, inbox:attention required
Resolve Items...

我試過很多方發，包括跟On screen 指示做"Detect and repaire" 及重灌outlook 2000 和同 步軟體；但都不行。請各高手指點小弟。
