I am from Taiwan. I was searching for heat pump hot water system on internet. I saw a company of Taiwan which sell the hot water system. They said their product is from Quantum of Australia. I went to your company's web and i didn't see the same product. May I confirm with you to make sure the product is really from Quentum?

We have examined the photo and the website links you provided.
The photo is not one of Quantum’s units and furthermore the model numbers being indicated on their website are not Quantum’s either. They are not selling Quantum units.
