這段主要在講, 加大 NFB斷路器 跳脫電流 所造成之過載起火。 也就是 15A 安規之插座只能用15A NFB保護,不能用20A NFB。 過載起火點(一般會在15A插座處),只要不是自購之延長線起火,一般都可以提告了。

另外漏電致死事故,亦可對未正確施工之水電業者提告,這個會有刑事責任。 依據法源也是電工法規,正確施工者,漏電時 NFB 就要跳脫,絕對不會有漏電致死事故。
