選宇瞻DDR 667就是因為他能輕易上 800
所以 CP值很高阿
品牌的話，創見、威剛、金士頓、宇瞻…都還不錯就是
沒有特別喜好的話，選個換貨比較近的就好
（創見要注意，其中的JetRam保固條款不同，不能直接換，品質則沒差多少）

另，記憶體極限是因為如果插了4G
預設 kernel memory space 是 2GB，只剩下 2GB給 user-mode process
而開機設定 boot.ini 可以加入 /3GB 參數讓 kernel memory space 掉到 1G左右
雖說使用 /PAE參數可以讓 user-mode process上 4G
（送假64位元的指令，需晶片支援）
但是問題似乎不少
所以通常都是只上 3G
