If you wish to lower the temperature when you are just typing documents and surfing online, you use fan control to make the fan to spin faster. This would help reduce the temperature a bit.
However if you are running heavy load applications, there is no need to run fan control at all. The fans are spinning at full speed whether you use it or not. And it will stay at the 70s as long as it’s still so hot in summer.

so ,is it normal to have a such high temp? what is temp of ur macbook like?
btw, do we have to leave the AC plug on when the mac shut down? coz this will prevent the battery drop below 95%, so it will not recharging when the mac swith on agian?
or shall i disconnect the AC supply when the mac shut down(the battery will not drop below 95%) and connect it when the mac is on again?
It’s reasonable for such that temperature. You won’t see that figure when it’s winter with 15 degrees C at home :-) (Just remind me that last winter @ Chicago, -20 degrees C outside!)
As for the power adapter, don’t bother so much. Just use your battery from time to time, at least once a month then it will be fine.
