請問一下前輩們

最近想買拋光機回來自學，看了好幾天，抓了三台
不知道對沒經驗的人，哪台比較推薦呢？

Rupes 12

平常都自己洗車，不過也是滿車紋路了

我用 DA 機主要用來打清潔臘,清潔效果比手打好,輕鬆,上臘過程看到有小刮傷時,換塊棉,配合 DA 用的拋光劑(我是用 Zaion Z-PC) 一劑就能處理刮傷, 深一點的傷痕就重壓一點,通常就可以處理掉

然後換塊棉,又能繼續打清潔臘. 非強制運轉型的 DA, 重壓時會只剩震動,去除傷痕強度夠, Rupes 也有齒輪驅動的強置運轉型 DA.

非強制運轉型的 DA對於黑色軟漆的鏡面處理效果會比強制運轉 DA 好一點,但我的車都硬漆
,用強制行運轉方便..

RO 的話,我最近調查 Rupes 台灣代理的比自己跟國外買還便宜, DA 的話,自己跟美國買,大約 7 折可以買到

我前不久在查Rupes 的拋光機時，就看到他們叫GA 了，其實我一直覺得英文字母用首個單字縮寫，很容易讓少接觸的人不懂，就像如果要買Flex 的GA 機，用這字去google 很可能找不到，不是說清楚機器的設計細節的比較有意義嗎？新接觸的人也通常不知道縮寫的意義

例如在我們公司上，如果跟高階長官報告時，如果直接講英文縮寫，都沒解釋都會被罵，畢竟高階長官也沒常常跟我們還會用那些縮寫，我也實在不認為知道縮寫就是很厲害...

另外再請教，一台拋光機因該就能處理整車了對嗎？邊邊角角就看技術
拋光流程，粗棉一塊就能拋到結束嗎？還是太髒也要換一塊呢？
拋過後的地方是，拋完一塊鈑金就擦掉殘蠟還是整車拋完再擦呢？

我的經驗上,還是兩種拋光機, 準備至少 3 種粗度的棉, 4 種拋光劑,這樣的搭配比較方便,效率比較好

單純圓周旋轉的 RO 注意一下使用方法,新手也不太會燒漆, 拋的時後注意要一直移動,拋一下就摸一下漆面有無明顯發熱? 只要不要太熱
就不會燒漆,而且現在這種拋光機,最低轉速都在 500~600 rpm 左右,比 2002 我那時買台製的 RO, 最低轉速就是 1900~2100 rpm 慢很多,也相對比較不會因為過熱而燒漆,那時我也是新手,那時我還不知道到美國網購,第一台就也只能買這個用..

燒漆就是拋光過程漆面溫度太高而軟化,漆面能被壓而變皺,或是瞬間被大量切削

會偏心運轉的 DA 機因為不會集中在固定位置拋光,所以升溫速率慢很多

但拋光有時需要適當的升溫,來提升拋光效率抹平刮痕,適當的升溫除了提高切削速度外,我覺得也有一部分抹平的功能

所以要處理比較深的刮痕,比較大的面積,還是需要用到 RO. 尤其是拋玻璃

不過,這台台灣用的人很少,應該連美國用的人都不多,怕以後買零件或維修比較貴,麻煩
而且一台的價格也快跟買兩台差不多了

這台的 DA 功能應該也不是 GA 的強制運轉,所以我後來不打算買這台

Z-PC,這款幾乎是一劑型拋光劑,粗細變化大,小範圍處理很方便,手拋, DA 都很方便用

這些台灣網拍應該都買得到,但介紹應該還是看國外的比較詳細

這些拋光劑,大多都是漸細型拋光劑,起拋時比較粗,隨研磨過程慢慢變細,當棉上舊
拋光劑太多,就要洗棉後再繼續拋,當然棉一但髒了,就需要清洗後再拋,不然容易造成刮傷

拋光時最好是在室內,關門,減少拋光過程時落塵造成的刮傷

拋光前盡量把漆面清潔乾淨,尤其適用正確的藥劑,盡量用非物理性,用化學性,或非磨擦的方式清潔,也能減少刷傷

因為用拋光機拋光很耗時,所以小範圍,例如 1~2 cm 內的小刮傷,我後來都是視狀況用 #1500~#2000, #3000 水砂紙磨過, 再用 Z-PC 手拋 2~3次就可以了,
這樣就不用花很多時間拿機器處理

比較大範圍, 比較難處理的,我才會用拋光機(RO)

而 DA, GA 基本上我認為切削力很沒效率,我主要是用來打清潔臘, 因為我現在車都 1~2 年才上一次臘,即使去柏油,黏土都跑了,還是需要用清潔臘來清潔漆面,用手來回搓太累了,用強制運轉的 GA 比較省力...

今年年假,我幫 Mazad 3, Golf R 清潔,上 All in one 清潔臘(封體),再上一層封體, 一部車大約都需要花 11 小時左右..
本來要寫分享文,不過後來很懶得花時間寫這個了...

這年紀,搞一部車連續弄 11 小時左右,用餐都是隨便吃一吃,已經很累了, 如果都用手工上兩層蠟,應該會搞更久,更累...
