I have contacted my mobile service provider in HK as I noted that even 3G video cannot be played on my X800.
(as I am using a 3G plan which they provided free 3G video news) I brought my X800 to their technical support centre and asked for help.
They replied me that the reason for that is due to their server settings, my X800 is 水貨 (ie. no such model available in HK), so they don't have the product info. and add the model in their list. The 3G service is only available until X800 is available in HK.
Therefore, I am using 2.5G service actually. Quite exhausted after knowing that. I paid for 3G service, but using 2.5G service.
