Anyone using Tomtom (version 5 or 2004) on Chinese Rom?

I am using Dopod 818 rom and found it crash whenever I ask it to route. Problem solved after I loaded it w/ English Rom. I wonder if anyone has the same experience w/ me.

Try this......may help

Follow this steps:
1. Change perferences > Set Units
2. On the GPS position display page, DON'T choose the first one. (either the 2nd or the 3rd one is ok)

我已交找到方法可以在中文機上裝 tomtom, 原因是 "儲存卡" 三個中文字的問題。我有兩個方法都可以解決。

1. 使用 regedit 的工具修改 "儲存卡" 為英文即可安裝(方法請參照板上的討論)，缺點是其他原先已經灌入的軟體會壞掉! 所以只建議在空機的狀況下使用。

2. 找一個叫 sentry 2020 的軟體(使用 google)，這樣可以虛擬出一個新的 storage，並取名為英文字。這樣就可以安裝tomtom 在這個新的 storage裡面了，但實際上是灌在 SD 卡上。
