I am still studying mobile networking, I got experience in data recovery, hard disk partition, electronic repair componets, RAID recovery and like to help those computer blind.
Back to point, I faced the same repeative problem long, many times before. I am an expert in this problem.

1)warm boot it using 'restart once' to see if problem solved. For after using DEFRAGGLER program, E-mail may get mistake in it and slow or simply cannot net surfing at all. but DEFRAGGLER is vital to real computer user.Try to get "GOOGLE" in internet to test it for its BT speed is fast.
2)if you are infected with computer virus like DOS, or download lots of songs, video, the HD may corrupt, use DEFRAGGLER.
If you use WORD 2010, just simply DEL MS Word 2010 by CONTOL PANEL(DEL program) --MS office,
and then reload just the first disk, then password NOT (second one). You will notice the ICON especially word file turn from white to finally word ICON.
I tried lots of experience, My LECTURER won't teach me, if DEL the register file of MS during DEFRAGLER, this must happen. I am in a completely mental disorder for the whole day for can't find ways to fix it. I read lots of computer periodicals.
Or download the internet card software and use it once again. The card program won't go away provided your HD works good.
If Problem still happen in internet, put all file in C to D or E or F, after BACKUP then press F9. If not, waste 2 hours in re-construct C using WIN 7 or 8 or 2010.
The virus is hidden usually in program file /system/ WIN 32 or 64 in .EXE form (expert can point out) not the easily seen areas.
Do not send it back to ASUS first, if it is software, they will fix your computer in the same way as the "3"photo I upload to you of which may be hard to begineer not me. internet content/further step (lots of content to follow)

First, I must point out that your registration procedure is 'extremely' difficult and waste my time. I must go through mobile phone, E-mail , and log in once again to verify my application. 筆電有線網路卡每天拔插數次約 2~4次 (上班工作 與 家裡上網)
日子久了 接觸點 難免會鬆脫
建議回原廠檢查一下is right.
First, you can find a friend or lecturer to look at the English letter I wrote. Those letters are my experience, I repeat once again, if it is software problem, you can fix it by yourself.I must stress that after 2 years of maintenance, you must pay if computer malfunction.
It was my experience, you must be carefully to insert the power plug slowly in "3" slowly steps, otherwise, you bring new business to computer repair stalls for power plug will break down.
On the other hand, I study Electronics long before, so I can fix it if it is hardware problem. I will suggest software way for you to waste 2 hours in re-construct the WIN SYSTEM. Your computer won't hurt. Woman's money is easily to gain, fashion, cosmetics and computer manufactory limited
