Loose screws can cause a reliability problem. In the IBM ThinkPad computer, this problem is addressed with special nylon-coated screws that have the following characteristics: They maintain tight connections. They do not easily come loose, even with shock or vibration. They are harder to tighten. Each one should be used only once.
TP上用的Nylon-coated screw有暗紅色的 nylon coating，可以增加螺絲的咬合力，但是隨著鬆緊的次數增加，咬合力會下降，我之前看到的資料表示，品質好的 nylon-coated 螺絲在使用5次之後還可以保有 80% 以上的咬合力
V2000 螺絲上的藍色塗料，我想應該具有同樣的功用吧~ *-)
