HP MiniNote 2133 - 1.6GHz or 1.2GHz

Will it be a big different of performance between C-7 1.2 and 1.6 GHz? I am thinking about to buy this machine. Thanks.

Choose 1.6G and reinstall to XP.
XP is best on mininote-like PC.
