Sony VGN-C25 (VGP-MCA20 Card reader) use it for Readyboost

I had brought the Sony VGN-C25 in HK.

And want to buy a SD for Readyboost . But someone said that the VGP-MCA20 Card reader can read the fast speed SD. But the min requirement for the readyboost is
"2.5MB/sec throughput for 4K random reads and 1.75MB/sec throughput for 512K random writes"
from MS.

Any one can use the VGP-MCA20 card reader for Readyboost?
