I apologize to share my comment in English as I can write better and faster this way.
I look at the photo and video on the rust issue. It is quite obvious that certain process during the Honda production was obviously omitted. Modern car production has a progress where the entire car with its structure are dip into a bath of ionic solvent, through using positive and negative ion principle, galvanized the car against rust corrosion. Look carefully at the word GALVANIZED. It has proved to be an effective means against rusting, particular on the seam line of the body work or chasis. I suspect Honda, for cost reason, omited this process or did not do it right. This is terrible.

I used to be a Honda lover but I defected against them because of poor design...

I can not agree more with you!!!
My wild guess is Honda used the wrong or cheap anti-rusty material (liquid)
or production process when soaked the car in the tub.

我CRV 2013-11的車主,很不幸的生鏽的問題,我也遇上了,從車牌螺絲孔/四個車門膠條內板金/冷排固定鐵/後門噴水孔板金/後門防水膠條外銹斑˙無一幸免(我家有室內車位),去原廠保養廠處理四門生鏽後,搞得更糟,再有不敢去處理生鏽問題,不過幸運的也練就除鏽,補漆,補金油的功力,生鏽問題可能是HONDA改環保漆的問題所致
誠心建議:
1.還沒買HONDA車的人,請考慮買其他廠牌.
2.已經買但沒有能力再換車的人(跟我一樣),請練就補漆功力及打蠟能力,因為會不定期出現驚"嚇"
3.有能力換車且不想受驚"嚇"的人,換車吧!
