Does Taiwan have a "Lemon-Law"?

Since Taiwan customer has been educated to accept excuse from vendor, I don't think Lemon Law is work in Taiwan. Even we don't have perfect one here.

I see. I also purchased an extended warranty from Honda. It covers 8yrs / 120,000 miles.

I understand I can't (and won't) compare the car-purchase experience between Taiwan and US. However, I would be pretty p1ssed off to have a rusty moon roof.

Lemon Law,
Lemon Law

Lemon Law??

Lemon law

Punch "Lemon law" in Wikipedia, then you got it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon_law

Lemon laws are United States state laws that remedies to consumers for automobiles that repeatedly fail to meet certain standards of quality and performance. These vehicles are called "LEMONs."
