I see. I also purchased an extended warranty from Honda. It covers 8yrs / 120,000 miles.
I understand I can't (and won't) compare the car-purchase experience between Taiwan and US. However, I would be pretty p1ssed off to have a rusty moon roof.

台灣消費者應該不是被教育接受賣主的說法,
相反的,應該是無論法理站不站得住腳,先把新聞鬧大再說,
以"弱勢消費者"自居.......
我人在美國,我也使用過Lemon Law,
倘若這事情在美國發生,Lemon Law也救不了車主,
Lemon Law有它存在的依據,
沒保固就是不會有人理你的.
我所說的是根據法律觀點,
至於TOYOTA要不要因為賣的好,賺得多,顧及消費者的印象
來替車主免費更換天窗,那就要看車主的造化了~
不要再聽信沒有根據的傳說了~
