Thank you for your quick response, however, I am disappointed about your service. I received the parcel without two Ultegra cranksets, and no memo telling me that the two items are out of stock, and you charged me full fare of the order. As a result, I paied the custom fee for the parcel, including two missing Ultegra cranksets. I am willing to buy them but if you send them to me again with full fare invoice of the two cranksets, then I have to pay the custom fee for them again. Why do I have to pay twice? Here is the solution, send them to me when they are avaliable and mark them as gift. Also, I am not going to pay the mail fee. Finally, please understand that the service really cause me troubles.
