深蹲跟硬舉更危險,
握推姿勢不正確也一樣傷肩膀,
有什麼動作姿勢不正確還安全的阿?

姿勢正確應該是最基本的吧!

KindKill 也不信餓肚子不行,
重點是效率跟效果本來就不是信不信的問題,
本來不是在講信仰.
