Just let the motorbikes run in the inner lane legally and teach the riders how to turn left correctly and safely (just the same way as driving a car) and then all things will be solved.
All videos you post is about turning left from the right lane, nothing to do with the "two-step-turn-left", even a car turn left like that will cause accidents too.

Let the motorbikes run in the inner lane and turn left like a car, ANYTHING will be avoided.
The policy in Taiwan is not only unreasonable but also unsafe.
From the data you gave, the policy can't decrease the rate of accidents efficiently, and that's the best proof.
The policy FAILS, so we should try to change it and teach the riders to ride with the right way.
NOT like you guys - always say - we can't avoid it and do NOTHING.
If all people think like you guys' way, how can we improve the road environment in Taiwan?

Of course we can avoid it if you observe the laws.
Firstly we MUST teach them to comply with our laws. But I don't think you can be convinced. The laws in your eyes are always invalid. If you could correct your mindset, then the environment will be improved accordingly.
