那個網頁附件是制式的,上方的資訊是給你核對資料
下面是說明(從Dear Sir or Madam開始)
最重要的是這行說明
Total Return Unrepaired Quantity (RUR) greater than 0
你看他寄給你的email信附件的那個網頁
有這一行Total Return Unrepaired Quantity
是指退還的硬碟數
然後後面有個數字,如果不是0而是N的話,那就是說seagate他認定你寄出的硬碟中有N個不符合他們保固範圍內
如果是0的話,就是seagate肯收你寄出的所有硬碟~
但我想這並不代表,他已認定你寄出的所有硬碟是有問題的硬碟,只是認定是否在保固範圍內而已

我6/4填RMA
6/8寄出,6/10寄到
6/11 收到RMA寄出通知信

不過奇怪的是在UPS上打TRACKING NUMBER一直跟我說找不到號碼,可能要等一下才會有資料吧

看不懂.....

請問大家 這樣是被退回嗎?
之前雞瘟沒事
更新韌體也正常使用
但是近半年出現2次壞軌第一次自己用修護軟體搞定但這一次掃描後比第一次壞軌還多
剛好看到這篇,決定送修(雖然也有送過1次日立的)
這顆是使用最短命的一顆1.5年
請問桃園UPS收貨中心是不是搬家了

7/19 寄出硬碟,今天7/22 就收到e-mail 回覆

看來下禮拜應該可以收到物品

上面有提到的,
"所有送回未維修的數量大於零"

這段大概是說"未維修的產品會被退回給你,但是你必需支付所有相應的運費(包含來回Seagate)"

我想這段應該是在說如果沒聯絡要退回硬碟,硬碟所有權即移交給Seagate(除非付運費)

應該大概就是這樣,所以應該是不符合保固吧
上星期四送修了一顆
可是我只有寫RMA號碼在外盒上面...
我沒有印到寄回來的那張資料...
現在還是顯示等待寄回中
我的硬碟會不會石沉大海阿...
上個月28號rma了一顆seagate 500G親自送到ups,到今天seagate還沒收到...是什麼問題丫...
最近送修的時間 給樓上參考
12/21申請RMA > 12/22寄出 > 12/28希捷收到 > 1/5希捷寄出 > 1/7收到硬碟 來回共16天
