原來真的是卡巴的問題，但為什麼只有日本網站有說明...台灣的網站都沒相關的說明??
In Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0, there is trouble in renewal of the

part the indication of Windows becomes non- just, the phenomenon where
operation becomes slow is verified after the 4/17. Because we correct
with transmission of the defined database after 4/21 20:00, the
customer where phenomenon occurs requests the application of the
up-to-date defined database. We putting annoyance in the customer,
there is no excuse. When phenomenon does not solve, please inquire to
refuse Pell skiing private support center.

關於Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0，4/17晚上所發佈的更新檔不完全，導致部分的Windows執行不正常、執行緩慢的現象，已經在4/17日被確認了。由於4/21日20:00之後發佈了修正更新檔，對於已經造成上述現象的顧客，請進行更新檔的更新程序。造成顧客的困擾感到十分的抱歉。
如果還有沒解決問題的地方，請到kaspersky專門的（線上）支援中心詢問。
