i just cant type chinese at win7

i want to ask how to reactivate the language bar again?

i dont know why i first install win7 (rtm 7600 english) and add chinese input, it will suddenly disappear the language, even i use ALT+SHIFT to activate chinese input

how can i reactivate this??
