且已經簡訊收到信用卡刷卡通知，並且已收到BANKFASHION信件提供的單號(之前有爬文如果結帳後有產生單號，大致上就不會有問題了)
但今天早上一睡醒卻收到了一封好像是取消訂單的信
信件內容如下:
Your order BANK31908348 has been cancelled. It may have been cancelled if it did not satisfy all of our security checks. It's worth noting that all our orders are screened for fraud and the most common check is to ensure that the billing information matches the information your card issuer has on file. If you think this is the case, please check the details and re-submit the order. Alternatively your order may have been cancelled if the product is out of stock or if we couldn't secure payment from your card issuer when we attempted to despatch the order. If we cannot fulfil your BANK online order your payment will be refunded. If your order was placed at a kiosk in one of our stores, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly to arrange a refund. 但是我英文不太好，看起來好因該是訂單被取消沒有錯我也不曉得是什麼原因，不曉得版上大大有沒有遇過這樣的問題
實在不曉得我現在的步驟是要怎麼找銀行退款，還是重BANKFASHION內找地方退款
或是要重建訂單之類的??
