ASOS的快遞包裹, 過十天了還沒寄到...

8/17訂了打折後共英鎊270元的訂單,
8/21被升級成了快遞, 也給我1組追蹤碼, 但追蹤碼去追蹤都是顯示
"Your search did not find any matching tracking. Please refine your search criteria."

至今也沒有收到, 寫信去asos都是給我罐頭文自動回信. 去contact us填資料也是回罐頭文.

但8/23的1筆訂單打折後英鎊383元, 8/26被升級快遞寄出,
在昨天8/30就收到包裹了.

該怎麼辦?

第二段有說到如果已超過因該收到貨的日期, 請給9天的工作天給運送公司, 也許遇到一些問題, 比如被扣留在海關等等吧....

我以前也有遇過一個月之後才收到貨, 原因是海關扣留, 原因就不知道了^^
