The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Mercedes-Benz have announced the investigation of as many as 250,000 E-Class luxury sedans due to the possibility of fuel leakage from the upper part of the gas tank. This is thought to be brought on by repairs made to the vehicles in a previous recall.
