我記得去年4月開始騎車從好小折6速開始騎河濱,後來騎汐平(有落地休息,因為戴機車安全帽),再來攻風櫃嘴(太不自量力,因為剩1.5km到頂時被幾台登山車追過,就再超回來,當然沒200m就爆了,後面就整路牽上去)
再來就是騎汐萬路,可以不落地騎上去,但是從一號橋上去需要1小時10分(當然每次都被大揚問候超過然後再也追不到了)
再來是好小折改八速(時間55~56分)
再來是A300 沒改 ((時間47:20~49分)
再來是A300 胎1.25 ((時間44:30~47分)

爬汐萬次數2趟

轉換公路車後爬汐萬所花的時間跟是小折一樣

可能少了第三盤會有所不大習慣

第一次爬汐萬花了57分

第二次爬汐萬花了56分

同理可証

那麼再多爬7次

希望能騎到50分以內

拔辣騎小摺從1號橋算應該在50分左右
上次晨騎,他就在最後一個 彎道趕上我!
他的57分是從北港國小開始算.

昨天敗了一台滾筒練習台

正在從摔車中尋找如何平衡

摔到有點怕真是糟糕
*時速7公里的上坡討伐者* Balla
最好是能把滾筒訓練臺放在門中間, 這樣一有問題就可以用手撐住門邊, 就算穿著卡鞋, 也不會掉下來

我大兒子騎的樣子, 給參考一下
