可以明顯看到右邊浴室外牆的門檻最底下已經開始爛爛的，
觸摸會潮濕，我們平常都用條毛巾給它吸水，
現在想要問的是：
1.可能原因跟怎麼解決？
2.價格....
P.S. 家住高雄市大樓三樓，
問過B&Q，他們說可以打防水針，
但是我看板上的一些討論，好像也是治標不治本。
如果要打牆維修，又不知道去那找師傅，更不清楚價格，
所以來版上問問看，有人可以提供我們一些建議嗎？謝謝
