hi in my country (Taiwan) have a good Lamborghini dealer the GAMA . So it's lots of LP-700 in Taiwan and it's really pretty and work of art. But someone have a question about the LP-700 on the Lamborghini forum . The question is when heavy raining how to protect the engine to avoid be wetting . Because on the engine there are a lot of gap to let the engine heat out. Thank you for your answer.

The geometry of the slats which cover the bonnet of the Aventador is designed in order to allow the flow of rainwater.
In any case, the motor and all its components have been tested in water test cells to ensure the watertight.
As all automotive engines are meant to be washed with water there would be no problem in case they become wet with water.
