I have a Sony XR65A80K and and a Sony HT-A7000 sound bar and am trying to set this up. When I plug the 3.5 mm s-center cable from the sound bar to the TV and turn on the "TV center speaker mode" I hear a very audible buzzing/analog static that is constant when no media is playing. It still stays even if I mute the sound bar and only goes away when I turn the "TV center speaker mode" option off which makes it unusable for me. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

看了一些最近國外網友的回覆..
北美那邊一些sony support已經查覺得這個問題的現象發生...
不幸的是它們束手無策, 沒辦法協助解決問題...

日本那邊則是好幾個使用者在抱怨這個問題....

有沒有試過3.5mm孔直接接上耳機聽過？是不是就沒有噪音或比較輕微一點？

好問題
剛剛拿兩隻耳機試了
SONY MDR-1ABT和WI-1000XM2
並沒有出現很明顯的底噪...

頂多就只有聲音不是很好聽而已..
當然我是指TV那邊接上耳機輸出..

如果你是指S-CENTER去接耳機那不會有作用...
soundbar會偵測center speaker mode失敗並且強制關閉...
所以聽不到任何噪訊..

重啟後..
把A7000的S-CENTER接到耳機
Center Speaker Mode默認被起動了...

我沒使用WI-1000XM2這類耳機...
因為這類耳機自帶降噪...

因此我接到MDR-1ABT...
顯然他出現了底噪的情況發生...
這讓我很懷疑A7000的3.5mm輸出的髒訊號...

有最普通的耳機嗎(幾十～幾百元) ？不要有供電、平衡式或其他電路的耳機。不管有無，先比較程度。

可以再進行另一測試：

找有耳機孔的手機或平板，用3.5mm接SONY電視X90K，假如聲音完全沒底噪，那就確定是A7000的問題了！必要時帶著A7000到賣你的店家，接上展示的電視，錄下有底噪的影片，直接要求A7000維修或換新吧！

我暫時不搞了...
當時工程師沒打算收走我的soundbar, 它們了解到產品可能的問題...
需要回去請北部公司做測試..
在回覆我後續狀況...

這裡有老外做了一些特別的測試, 並且post到北美的community..
可惜得到SONY的官式回覆..
How to manually adjust TV Center Speaker On Sony HT-A7000 with Sony XR-77A80J?
Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on what I found below?

On Soundbar select: Home/Setup/Advanced Settings/Speaker Settings/Speaker Settings Information = Manual Speaker Settings value.

When Test Tone = On is first set, it starts sending test tone to each speaker automatically. It auto-switches between the speakers and there is an on screen animation diagram that shows which speaker visually is producing sound.

***What is interesting is that the onscreen diagram visually shows the Center Speakers in both the Soundbar and the TV screen producing test tones (when TV Center Speaker Mode = ON) and they do–but the test tone sounds are noticeably not as loud. On my meter this Center channel combo only measures about 73 dB (instead of 75 dB like the rest.) Once one drops into the Manual Speaker Settings/Level menu area there is no place to adjust the Center Speaker(s) trim!

2-4-2022 2:45pm (Ref # 07645562) I called Sony Tech Help and asked where one could adjust the Center Speaker trim level with TV Center Speaker connected and configured properly. First level tech did not know, and transferred me to second level. Second level said they are aware of the problem and at this time–there is no place to adjust the TV Center Speaker trim. (I said this is a real disappointment since this feature is highly advertised on both the TV and the Soundbar (the Soundbar even includes the required cable to connect itself to a compatible Sony TV.)

Since I could adjust every speaker except the Center and the Center was about 2 dB low, I thought I’d try lowering all the other speaker channels around 2 dB and see where the Center ended up. I started with just lowering the Front and did a quick test and found the Front and Center both lowered (so they are somehow connected to each other) and this was not helping.

I decided to try raising just the Front even more and settled on 1.5 dB where I found in running a Disney WOW Blu-ray calibration disc from my Xbox, that all of the channels were now balanced when test tones were played from the disc out to the different speakers (including the Center Speakers!)

(I also tried the Voice = On setting to boost the Center, but the Center channel got more than 2 dB gain and other channels got louder as well.)

他們說它們自己的A7000測試S-Center同樣都有底噪的情況發生...
工程師說只能回報問題給SONY...
看後續情況...
我跟工程師的看法是一致的, 同樣覺得就算換新品的也無法解決這個buzz/noise問題..
我在國外討論區看有網友更換新的soundbar後依然發生同樣的問題..

我跟工程師說我對SONY不期不待....XD..
就我目前蒐集到的資訊A9/A5000/A7000這類全部S-Center輸出的都有底噪發生的案例

dirty power曾經是我想過的問題....
但一個持續性的明顯底噪聲...
這是很奇怪的...
你不啟動功能, 底噪就會消失..

也諮詢過一些音響店老闆...
叫我不要為了一個soundbar浪費錢在電源問題上...
因為可能把EMI壓到某種程度後, 你依然可能得到同樣的結果(可能只有一點改善)...
