查了一下網路,官方是有提供disable auto standby這功能的韌體,聯絡台灣金山音響,被告知無法讓使用者自行更新,更新程式有版權問題,需送回更新,第一次送回後說更新好了寄回,測試結果還是又進休眠了,第二次聯絡送回更新,沒想到隔了兩周官方才又打電話來說無法更新,這次是說因為NCC規定一定得進休眠= =",老實講聽到時挺傻眼的,一股氣都上來了,但還是忍下來,真不知之前客服說得送回更新是啥呢?還跟我說更新好了?來來回回一共花了近一個月。第二次還說更新程式被防火牆擋住無法執行更新,這說法實在讓我有點不知該生氣還是笑,那第一次到底是在更新什麼呢?我其實很感謝台灣金山音響一開始的處理方式,雖說不能直接給更新程式,但願意幫消費者更新也OK,但後續的情況如上,卻是讓我很無奈,反反覆覆讓我浪費了好多時間,
Question: Can someone send me the software update that prevents the speaker from standby mode?
Answer: You will need to contact KEF directly for this by email at: supportuk@kef.com. In your email, supply the serial number and the name of the retailer where you purchased your KEF EGG product because they require it to send you the software. Also note that the software (as of May) is only compatible with Windows. By Ali on November 19, 2016

For Windows 10 Desktop use: In order to stop the Speakers from going in to auto sleep mode... contact Kef directly and they'll supply drivers that enable/disable this feature.
Hi, I contacted them over a call (direct, can't remember the number but I called) and then they provided me with a link (dropbox) to download the file.
