Is the compass pointing to the right direction of its heading? the arrow mark in the lower left corner
Did you do compass calibration before take off?

umm... I have 7 satellite before take off and do the calibration dance before take off. I tested rth and it was ok. I am not sure if the compass is pointing the right direction or not I have to check again. Is there a way to check if the compass is turn on?should I do the imu calibration on pc?I am using ios device

Concerning the compass, check the lower left corner for the app, the arrow house point to the heading same as the camera. Occasionally, my Android device, will give me totally wrong direction! When that happen, nothing from GPS feed can be trusted, home point on the other hand, may still valid, as it is one point location marked before taking off.

thanks so much for your comments. I think I will mod the wifi extender soon. About the compass, the arrow was not pointing at the right direction so I do the calibration dance and I get very close to the right direction may be 10dergree difference.I have all satellites before take off but under "find my phantom" it still shows far away from where I was. I take off, go 50 meters and test rth function and it did came back and land safely. So I'm not sure why "find my phantom" still shows the wrong position. It's not a big deal at the moment but if someday I lost my phantom than it will be a problem.
