因為是用VISA金融卡付帳，我的訂單被拒絕但是卻依舊是有扣了我1800的金額
於是我便回信去詢問訂單問題，而R星卻回復了另外一封有問題的信給我

他提到我的訂單被清除了，那我的錢會回來嗎?
因為這樣訂單出問題所以我想取消的話那是應該要如何將訂單取消以及退回我的款項?

裡面提到我的訂單已被取消了
但是我過了那麼久依舊是沒有拿回我的錢啊
並且打去中國信託客服卻跟我說沒有刷退的紀錄
那我現在應該怎麼辦??
