事情是這樣的 最近 從樂天全球 向日本店家買入一件皮衣
但是運費高達 5000日圓...我一看嚇一跳 因為之前才買過包包 1.X kg 也才2700日圓
這將近兩倍 怎麼想都不太對 所以寫信問他們為何運費如此昂貴
店家回信如下

內容是沒提及為何運費5000啦...我有問是因為太重嗎 對方也沒說為什麼會那麼重 (因為一件皮衣頂多1kg多一點吧)
另外內容有提到 繼續考慮 是指 確定要買 再回復嗎? 看出貨狀態是還在準備中
因為他已經從VISA扣款了 不知道如果不買會全額退回來嗎?
