以往只要没收到缺貨取消信(長的怎樣問與答A10有實例),就可在問與答A8查訂單與運送狀態(不需註冊為Macy' s會員,那是出貨美國境内客户才需要做的事,請問您出貨地也是填台灣嗎?),如果出現樓上mark0117大大所提,就是UPS已完成美國國內段運送。至於因廠商供貨不即,需回覆才訂單成立乙事,請其他人注意看看,是否也有收到這樣的通知

大致上我是想問他們為什麼不取消訂單而是BACKORDER
但是沒得到正面回應

結果就是選擇回應可能會等到一個月
不選擇回應一個月後訂單會被取消
我選擇繼續等

他會幫我UPDATE資料
我試著跟他要20%DISCOUNT

但是只要到15%~也算不錯了
大家可以試看看
但基本上要回復他比較好
至少你選擇等待~一有貨就會出給你
而且我也問了中間覺得等太久可以隨時取消訂單
