There is an app called DOCUMENTS 5 that can do what the OP asks for, but no one seems to mention it.
The reason I suggested IFTTT was because it appeared that OP wanted this for work-related tasks. It's just wise to spend a bit of time upfront to set up workflows in IFTTT, and get the benifit of not having to do repetitive works down the road.
