Sorry for doesn’t know how to express and type in Chinese but I know how to read Chinese.
My problem is when I plug in my wife's iphone to itunes, it shows the iphone on left hand side and sync but the right hand side of the screen is showing the MobileMe advertisement screen. I can't find any option to show the iphone details (so I can't do a manual sync).
My wife's phone is bought and use in Australia with 3. I am pretty sure the phone was activated.
Never put any songs or video in iphone, only bought some Apps from itunes using the iphone.
The iphone is 3gs 3.1.2 and no JB.
I have been trying this with the original computer that plug/activate the iphone for the first time and use another computer with itunes freshly installed and both no good.
My other iphone that have songs and video and works alright with the computers above.
I need to sync her iphone because I have it officially unlock by 3 Australia but they told me I need to a sync before I can use a Hong Kong Sim card. When I plug in a Hong Kong Sim card I can received calls so did it means that the phone was unlocked? (My other iphone which can show all the iphone details, when I sync after the unlock, it actually displays "Congratulations, your iphone is officially unlocked" in the itunes screen but not for my wife's iphone)

而且重點.如果沒有設定過.....你plug 是auto sync ..除非有取消過或改manual
試看看用上面的file裡,會有sync "XXXX" !! 如果沒有用...

(因為閣下也有試過其它電腦結果一樣,只有MobileMe AD &on left side )
所以在下建議直接打電話問3 Mobile. 要記得說(試其它電腦結果一樣)
客服還不錯(比telstra好很多),他們沒法解決會幫你轉到技術那邊
不開心不爽也可以開罵!!(但絕對不要去門市罵.有些不喜歡亞洲人會吵起來)
不然就是去官網有repairs&technical 或是直接寫feedback 給他們
如不在aus. HK也有3 service因該也可以幫忙決解

I bought my iphone 3Gs from Apple Australia. It is already officially unlocked.
To answer your question:
1) You probably can sync your wife's iphone by right clicking on the device in iTunes. As you said,
the iphone is shown on the left hand side of itunes, try to right click on it, then select "sync".
This could solve your problem.
2) If you have connections, and your can make phone calls, receive calls with any SIM card, then
your phone is unlocked. I bought a brand new unlocked iphone from Apple, sorry I don't know
how to unlock the phone from your carrier.
