請問APP退貨流程走完後，APP還能再繼續使用嗎

想和大家請教一下
昨天我退了2款APP
其中一款是 EPIC WAR
(塔防遊戲,看畫面好像不錯,其實不是很好玩，還會一直當機)

另一款是Splashtop
(遠端操控軟體,之前在ipad有買過,超好用，不過換到iphone4時,
使用起來不順暢，常常登不進去，最重要的一點是影片看不到@@)

iturne也寄信來說回將錢退還給我，good
不過這2款app現在還在我桌面上,依然可以使用@@?
理論上我退掉後app後不就不能用了?
還是這個算bug,先買了後再退掉就可以不花一分一毫使用

想請有經驗的大大給予指點 謝謝

收到官方退費說明如下

Dear xxx,

I have reversed the charge for the item that you did not intend to purchase. In three to five business days, a credit of $0.99 should be posted to the payment method that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

If the order was paid for with store credit and you cannot see the refund, sign out and back in from the Store menu.
