Download or update latest iTunes
Download Cydia Impactor
Open the downloaded DMG file.
Drag Cydia Impactor the Applications folder

Open Cydia Impactor
Connect your iOS device to the computer using the USB cable
Drag the IPA file into the Cydia Impactor and add your Apple credentials
Go to Settings – General – Profiles or Profiles & Device Management on your iOS device and trust your app
Now, the third-party app is ready to use
Regular Apple account holders are eligible to use signed apps for seven days and developer accounts holders are eligible to use signed apps for one year.It is compulsory to reinstall the IPA file after 7 days or 1 year depending on the Apple account type.

Stuck On Preflighting Application
The progress bar is stuck and won't proceed. The reason for this error is the incompatibility of the IPA file that is trying to sideload

Uninstall the Impactor and re-download the tool from the Windows computer
CPP:62 and CPP:68
This error may occur when you internet connection is not stable or Apple’s end internet connection. If your connection is stable wait for few hours until Apple servers are up
CPP:45
This error occur when you try to install an app that was installed previously with a different ID. To avoid the problem sign in with the same ID or remove the already installed iOS app
