We want to let you know that human voices are no longer supported in the new version of the Magic Earth Pro app.
Nevertheless, in order to receive navigation instructions in the language that you want, please follow the steps below:
- change the language of your phone in the wanted language
- in your phone, go to Settings> Language and input/ Language and keyboard > Text-to-speech, select the wanted TTS engine > Language, and select the wanted language; the selected language needs to be the same as the language of the device
- we recommend you several TTS engines, that can be downloaded from Google Play (Google Text-to-Speech: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.tts, Vocalizer voices: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=es.codefactory.vocalizertts, or you can search on Google Play for individual TTS voices)
- open the Magic Earth Pro app and plan a route
- the navigation instructions will be given in the wanted language
In order to start a demo in the Magic Earth Pro app, all you have to do is to launch the app, go to 'Get directions' menu and change 'My position' with the address corresponding to your departure point. When the arrival point is also selected, the DEMO button will be displayed.
