Totally agree... In March, I was talking to someone from 冠藝, who turn out to be owner's son.

I asked him why so many builders are building in this area and keep buying up land for development? He said 家樂福 is a big reason. 家樂福, when come to an area, will do a very detailed study to determine the future growth of the area. And many builders like to follow 家樂福 as it will help the area develop!!

Big company like 家樂福 normally don't make too many mistakes. I believe they already run the numbers and know their break even point (how long does it take for it to become profitable) and the future growth potential. It is much cheaper for them to come in early vs. later and since they have deep pocket, as long as the place will growth and they will make profit later, they will rather invest too early vs. too later...
家樂福這樣算生意不好嗎?跟大順路的比可能不好,我去過五甲那間,豈不是要倒了?

昨天利用早一點下班去現場看屋,
剩4戶,A1一戶,B1三戶。
我看了B1,38.9坪,分別為4F、7F、14F,代銷也給我說了價錢,想問問板上的大大,你們的成交價大約多少,能否PM給我一下,我是不一定要買到最便宜,畢竟每戶的特點跟每人的需求都不一樣。
代銷報給我的價錢都是空屋+車位。
B1最大的缺點就是面北跟面西,面西的陽光又會被A1擋住,所以可能只有夏天的6~7月的下午會有陽光照進來。
