Macbook Pro 15 2015, 改SSD出現critical eading/ writing error

我的 Macbook Pro改裝 Poineer SSD 2T一年多使用 Parallels 安裝 Windows 10
現在Windows 10啟動出現「A critical error has occurred while reading/ writing」
使用Parallel KB解法依然無法解救
查了一下是 *.PVM 內 *.hdd 裡 某個*.hds檔案異常 read/write error

請問Mac OSX上
(1) 有無推薦 SSD recover / repair修復工具
(2) 有無推薦能讀取 HDD or HDS file的工具
