word的grammer check功能無法啟動

請教一下各位大大，我的word，一直無法幫我check英文的spell & grammar
開啟了設定的地方，無法讓他被勾選
請問有人知道是怎麼回事嗎

我的版本是11.3.8.7, word 2004 for mac

Although I found the problem in the link you offered, I still can't fix it.
I reinstalled it and then it's ok now.
